CLIENT BASED: UK 2026 saw a change in the Pearsons glass after many years in a stock bottle .

“That same sense of exploring and finding something new felt like a perfect fit”
Pearsons Botanicals is a non-alcoholic beverage range that shares some DNA with more traditional juniper-based alcoholic drinks. It borrows the structure and complexity of a classic gin — the same balance of aromatics, the same botanical depth — without the proof. The range was built for drinkers who wanted the experience of a proper gin and tonic without the alcohol, at a time when that option barely existed on the shelf.
The original brand creation and development leaned heavily into the historic boom of gin and botany in Victorian times, an era when apothecaries, botanists and distillers raced to catalogue and exploit the natural world. It was defined by the discovery of new botanicals, each one enhancing and elevating a basic spirit into something more complex and distinctive — exotic roots, barks, peels and florals carried back from distant expeditions and reimagined in the still room. That same sense of exploring and finding something new felt like a perfect fit for a brand launched at the beginning of the non-alcoholic movement, itself a frontier of discovery, where long-held ideas about spirits and flavour were being questioned and rebuilt from first principles.
Originally presented on a stock bottle, the label shape and architecture were designed to soften the bottle's appearance and evoke a premium product. Curved label edges and fine, hand-drawn botanical linework worked against the sharp geometry of an off-the-shelf bottle, giving it a more apothecary-like feel. Restrained typography reinforced a sense of quality and craft, so the range carried genuine shelf presence and read as premium even before a customer picked up the bottle.
